Williams is currently serving as a flight engineer on the International Space Station as part of NASA’s SpaceX Crew-5 mission. She has been living and working in space for the past six months and is scheduled to return to Earth in April.

During the Earth-to-space call, Williams will answer questions from students at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School in Arlington, Virginia. The students have been studying space and are excited to learn more about Williams’ experiences living and working in space.

“I am excited to talk to the students and share my experiences with them,” Williams said. “I hope they can learn from my journey and be inspired to pursue their own dreams.”

The Earth-to-space call is part of NASA’s STEM on Station program, which provides educational opportunities for students around the world. The program allows students to interact with astronauts and learn about space exploration.
